The prices of our products are quoted in GBP. They include VAT and all other taxes but exclude processing and shipping costs.

For shipments to all countries the price shown on the invoice sent to the Buyer will not include VAT or other taxes. Orders may be subject to customs fees, local taxes, import duties and government taxes that are not the responsibility of THE-543. If such additional charges are applicable, they must be borne by the Buyer who shall be solely responsible for filing all necessary returns and making all necessary payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in the country concerned.

SECTION 6: AVAILABILITY

Our products are offered subject to availability of stocks.

the-543.com will inform the Buyer, by email or by telephone, as soon as possible after an order has been placed if any product ordered is not available in stock. If a product is not available, the order may be cancelled by the-543.com.

 SECTION 7: PAYMENT

The Buyer may use any of the following payment methods to pay for their order: 

- Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) Paypal and apple pay.

  All payments made on the the-543.com website are encrypted and secured by SSL.

SECTION 8: DELIVERY

Products will be shipped by the-543.com to the delivery address given by the Buyer when placing their order.

the-543.com offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, unless otherwise discussed with the Buyer. All items are shipped within 3 working days.

A tracking number will be sent by email to the Buyer after checkout. The Buyer will then be able to track their parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

Please note: the-543.com is not responsible for any packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Any packages that are returned will be redelivered at the buyers cost and incur a handling fee. the-543.com will not offer refunds on packages that are returned due to buyers neglect in paying duties and taxes or failure to receive or retrieve their package.

SECTION 9: RETURN POLICY

the-543.com does not offer returns or refunds. Based on the nature of the second hand goods. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect items or goods before purchase.

Should the buyer require any additional information before purchasing goods, a condition report is available upon request.

The products offered for sale comply with current UK legislation and regulations. Buyers in other countries are responsible for requesting information from their local authorities about importing or using the products ordered.
